Our Mission
From the inside, looking out
Outrospective is an online magazine created by William Gee, exploring artistic, cultural and lifestyle topics, with a philosophical twist. We take these popular topics and trends and expand on them, asking why they are a certain way, and what this implies about human nature. The inclusion of our original doodles, graphics and photography showcases our view that art and literature act symbiotically, fuelling each other to make reading Outrospective a visual experience.
Outrospective - The Exhibition
A Photographic Collection by William Gee
This exhibition, currently hanging in St John’s Wood, London showcases photographs taken in the South of France. The photographs, taken by William Gee, develop on the artistic and philosophical concepts developed and explored throughout this online publication. Their style are inspired by the French Riviera golden era work of Slim Aarons, while incorporating the symmetry and balance of Andreas Gursky’s work.

Bedtime, while revered for relaxation, has historically been a sartorially starved period of the day.
